How do I connect to the VPN from home?

1. Ensure your home internet connection is stable.
2. Open the VPN software installed on your computer (FortiClient, AnyConnect, etc.).
3. Enter your organizational username and password.
4. If Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) is required, approve the request on your mobile phone.
If the connection fails, try restarting your computer or open a support ticket.

I received a suspicious email, what should I do?

1. Do not click on any links or download any attachments.
2. Check the sender's address - does it look legitimate?
3. If in doubt, forward the email to our Helpdesk address for inspection.
4. Delete the email after reporting it.

How do I set up email on my mobile phone?

1. Download the Microsoft Outlook app from your app store.
2. Enter your organizational email address.
3. Enter your password and approve MFA.
The app will automatically configure the rest of the settings.

What is the guaranteed response time (SLA)?

Response times vary depending on your service package:
- Critical Issues (Work-stopping): 15-30 minutes.

My computer is very slow, what should I check before opening a ticket?

Is my data backed up? How do I restore a file?
